Portion size and food intake correct?

I have limited my food intake to about 6 "meals" a day. I still have a feelng im eating too much for dinner? Heres a rundown of a typical day:

breakfast - Healthy cereal with fat free milk and a banana for breakfast. or egg beaters with wheat toast and some fruit.

lunch (tuna on mutli grain, or turkey. mustard or low fat mayo. sometimes a 12" veggie sub from subway which I split it up and eat one half at lunch and the other half later)

snack (celery or second half of subway sandwich)

dinner - now heres where i think i eat too much. I have maybe a skinless chicken breast a bit bigger than my palm(this is the size it COMES in, which deifnitly seems bigger than my palm), half a plate of frozen veggies which is usually about a cup (peas, carrots, etc.) and then maybe 1/2 to 1/3 a cup of baked beans or 2 servings of brown rice (one serving sometimes is way too small and the second serving tends to fit in with my calories for the day anyway). Thats about 2000 calories a day.Portion size and food intake correct?
Mens caloric intake should be no more than 2000-2500 per day. Meat should be no larger than a deck of cards and all else no more than 1/2 cup per meal! Worked in group home and that is what dietician/ nurse advised!!
That's about right for what you should be eating per day. If you do any sort of exercise per day (more than a half hour) then you'll want to eat a bit more than 2000.Portion size and food intake correct?
You have to limit your food to around 1200 calories with exercise. You are eating way too much. Lose 800. Have a 6 inch sub, and forget the snack thing. That sub is 460 calories already. For your snack and desert, you should have water. Yes, have water.
