How to lose butt, chest and stomach fat for a teen?

He doesnt have that much stomach fat so i didnt look for an online picture.





He does cardio from tuesday-thursday. tues- 4 hours cardio, wednesday- 2 hours, thursday-2 hours.



I do not permit him lifting weights just yet as he is still growing and that could stunt his growth. He eats salads everyday, sometimes a healthy subway sandwhich, and SOMETIMES breakfast.

What your friend needs to do is, first of all, EAT BREAKFAST, also not only cardio, he needs a variety of exercises, also put some variety in his diet, salad every day is boring and no good. He has to work on his muscles. Go to the local gym and ask an instructor to give him a routine, they will make it according to what he wants to achieve and how hard he is willing to work for it.How to lose butt, chest and stomach fat for a teen?

You can't 'spot' weightloss- one for all and all for one(you can't just lose weight on certain parts).



Slow cardio to start out is fine but if you want to lose weight you need to kick it up a notch. Burst training is the best type of cardio (burst training basically goes like this walk for 10mins...sprint for 30 seconds...walk for 8 mins sprint for 1min...walk for 6mins...sprint for 1.5 mins....and so on)



This method burns fat long after you've stopped exercising!



Eating healthy is good...but it's not so much what you eat it's how much...cut down protion sizes and ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST....if you don't your metabolism won't start right and you won't burn food! FINALLY: SUBWAY= NO NO NO NO!(NOT EVEN IF IT SAYS HEALTHY SANDWICH!)
