What was everything you ate today?

Breakfast- 1 Bowl of cereal with milk and a bananana and 2 eggs

Lunch- 12" Turkey Cheese Sandwhich with lettuce tomato and peppers from subway

Snack- About 12 Cashews, Apple, Cottage Cheese Package

Dinner- Steak Salad and Pasta

Snack- Milk, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwhich and another Banana and a few crackers and a beerWhat was everything you ate today?
Haven't eaten yet today as I just woke up (I work third shift) but yesterday I had wayyyyyy too much:



Meal one: Quinoa with spinach and mushrooms.

Snack: Plain blueberry bagel.

Snack: Smoothie (two bananas, an apple, flax seed, ice).

Meal two: Two peanut butter sandwiches and a few ounces of raw peanuts.

Meal three: Two things of ramen without the packet.



Now I'm gettin' hungry, lol.

Lunch-Ham With A Slice Of Pineapple

Snack-Pudding XD

Dinner-Chicken Nuggets And French Fries (had McDonald's :D)

Other Snack-A Taco, And A Pepsi :DWhat was everything you ate today?
Lunch- Some pizza thats it so far
breakfast large Coffee.

Lunch Italian sub and diet coke

3:00 pm apple and banana

Dinner I will have Pizza and beer.
breakfast = kashi strawberry field cereal

snack = strawberry special k bar

lunch = salad w/ thousand island dressing

snack = trail mix

lunch = chinese food, and now i feel gross.
I started off my day with a bowl of Raisin Bran and a whole orange. Then, for lunch I had a tuna sandwich with a cup of coca-cola. And for dinner, I'm going to have fried chicken and spanish rice. =)
I ate...



- A grapefruit

- A banana

- An apple

- Apples %26amp; cinnamon oatmeal

- A slice of toast with peanut butter

- A few tablespoons of chunky peanut butter

- Hummus and carrots and sugar snap peas

- A yogurt

- A serving of corn flakes and soy milk

- Black coffee
breakfast- 2 chocolate frosted donuts with sprinkles %26amp; water

lunch- nothing

snack- nothing

dinner- water

snack- nothing

for some strange reason im not hungary today
I had just some lettuce salad mid morning
