Is what i ate today ok?

I'm trying to eat more healthy and i was curious to know if what i had today was actually as healthy as i thought.

For breakfast:

Sultana Bran cereal and a small apple

Lunch:

2 Ciabatta buns and an orange

Dinner:

6 inch Teriyaki beef subway sub with no cheese and wheat bread.

P.S i ate some of the stuff at different times during the day because i get hungry easily:)

And what was the most unhealthy thing i ate? Was it the Ciabatta buns?Is what i ate today ok?
You're lacking alot of calorie's - even for weightloss (you're going to put you're body into starvation mode which is unhealthy weightloss where you're body thrives for food so you're stomach begin's too feed off muscles and organs in the body for food)

You're also lacking in calcium/ dairy, vegetables, proteins and healthy fats, try this ideal for healthy weightloss:

Breakfast:

Cup of wholegrain/ fiber or bran cereal

250mL/ 1cup skimmed or partly skimmed 1% milk

Serving of fruit: 3/4 cup berries, 1/4 cup dried fruits, 1/2 cup canned or applesauce, 250mL fruit juice or medium fresh fruit (ie: apple/ banana/ orange)

Lunch:

Wholewheat breads/ wrap/ pita or bun with 3-4 slices deli meat turkey/ chicken/ ham or roast beef with 50g sliced unprocessed cheese (or 1/3 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese or 1-2 cheese string's/ oz). Add sliced vegetables optionally and TBSP spread/ sauce- hummus/ vegemite/ mustards/ margerine/ etc ..

Consume with yoghurt or 250mL skimmed or 1% milk and a medium fruit- orange.

Dinner:

3-5oz Lean red meat/ lean pork/ chicken or turkey breast or fish with 3/4 cup brown- long grain rice/ couscous/ quinoa or medium yam/ potato with 3/4 cup steamed- cooked vegetables in TBSP olive oil (or side salad with TBSP dressing- vinagrette) and optional 1/4 cup lentil's.

Snack:

Lowfat yoghurt
it shows you are trying to make healthier choices. maybe the ciabatta buns were the most unhealthy but it all looks pretty goodIs what i ate today ok?
I think perhaps more fruits and vegetables are needed.

cheese isn't bad for you-no need to remove it from the diet

overall i think it looks solid
