Weight loss tips and I need a thinspo buddy!?

Hi! So, I'm 14, 5'11 and 215. I'm disgusted with myself. I have hypothyroidism, unfortunately. I'm going to follow this eating plan for two weeks, then one week non-raw and healthy, still, and do that for 3 months.

Breakfast- A mango, apple or something oof the sort or a package of minimuffins. (Yes, minimuffins are terrible for you, but anything else makes me sick. I'll try to stay with a mango.)

Lunch-A green salad with garbanzo beans, some sort of vegan dressing, maybe tofu, or something on my salad. Any tips for easy lunches I can bring to school? Maybe soups?

Dinner- Same things as lunch but with some sort of protein. Most likely salmon, or prawn, or lightly marinated chicken. Any other raw dinners?

From what I understand, raw doesn't mean 100% fruits and veggies! Basically 75%, which is what I'll stick to!

On my 'free week' I'll have the same breakfast, a subway sub from school (italian bread, ham, lettuce, some sort of cheese, banana peppers.) and then a gluten free veggie noodle dish, any other ideas for a healthy lunch?



PLEASE! Recommend some cook books!



And! I need a weight loss buddy. Someone I don't know in real life so I don't have to be ashamed with my real life friends.

Tip 1. Avoid fat and reduce karhobidrat.

Tip 3. Eat at least 3 times a day for a diet to lose weight effectively.
Stay to eat 3x a day. Do not reduce the frequency of your eating into 2x a day because it will slow down your metabolism, you can can actually get an ulcer. Keep eating at least 3 times a day, with of course a little portion. Skipping meals is a major error in the diet.

Tip 4. Eat the last 3 hours before bedtime.
Eating close to bedtime you will cause the food you ate did not get converted into energy for your activity, as a result you will grow fat accumulation. If Hungry, you better eat non-fat milk or low-calorie food nutrition.

Tip 5. Cardio exercise (running, swimming, threadmill, aerobics).
very effective cardio exercise to burn fat, do this exercise regularly every day. In addition, sports have many health benefits.

Tip 6. reduce fried foods, replace it with boiled food.
Do not forget that the grilled fish and roasted chicken sometimes coated oil, so keep these foods also
