Is it really nesscesary to take whey protein after i workout?

I just started taking it but I was just wondering if it really does help. I dont get a lot of protein. Here is what I eat....breakfast-nothing usually, lunch-school price of pizza or chicken patty and mashed potatoes with a milk, dinner- subway meatball,pizza, cheeseburgers. I drink milk water Orange juice but no pop.Is it really nesscesary to take whey protein after i workout?
A post workout whey protein shake is ideal as it is easily absorbed and can help replenish and help repair muscle tissue. Make sure you are consuming a quality whey.
It is not necessary as long as you eat a meal with reasonable nutrients after lifting. It is definitely recommended because whey protein is fast absorbing and really helps repair your muscles after training. I am not sure of how you are working out or what your overall goal is but protein is necessary for building muscle and eating a high protein to fat ratio is beneficial.Is it really nesscesary to take whey protein after i workout?
No and the food u are eating is junk food no point in workin out if u aren't gonna eat healthy cause the junk food just Adding fat and the work out u do is not doing **** so I suggest Kept eating protein lay off the fat expecially cheeseburgers or hamburgers anything high in fats
No it's not mandatory but it will make you get results faster. Don't undermine the importance of protein , you don't need whey but your diet is junk whey would help you out
Eat eggs for breakfast. For lunch, a sub. And for dinner, some meat. And yes, take the protein
