She's 18, 128lbs, 5'3" and eating about 1180 calories. She texted me the other day saying she felt shakey and weak but not hungry, and I said it's because she's starving herself and the diet pill is keeping her from feeling hungry. She says she's fine now but she might be lying. I put her info into a calorie counter and she's eating below what they recommend for "extreme dieting". Isn't that starving?! She eats yogurt of breakfast, subway/chips/water for lunch, and 3 chicken tenders for dinner. I'm telling her just to add fruit to the breakfast and a salad to dinner but she's not listening.I have a young friend using hydroxycut is she eating enough?
Hydroxycut sucks!
Why would anyone take a product with ingredients that have already been banned once by the FDA?
An adult female needs a minimum of 1500 healthy calories per day.
1200calories per day is counteractive to FAT loss but will cause muscle loss.
You don't mention any exercise?
Tell her to ditch the bogus pills.
