Will eating a subway 180 cal egg western muffin for b and a 6 inch turkey with viggies help me loose weight?

]i have started dieting and i see that the subway breakfast white egg cheese and ham is only 180 calor.

I work out for 30 min in the morn and have that for breakfast. usualy at lunch i get a 6'' turkey sub with all veggies and split it in 3 and have a few bites every hour. I skip bread at dinner and just have 4-5 oz of white meat and beats or green beans am i on the right path or not?Will eating a subway 180 cal egg western muffin for b and a 6 inch turkey with viggies help me loose weight?

No, eating out at subway everyday 2X is very unhealthy. Regardless of the sales pitch or commercials Subway pitches to their audiance they are not the healthiest fast food out there. Panera Bread is one of the healthiest for example. Eating 180 calories for breakfast isn't the best choice since you could opt for a 160 calorie bowl of cereal, or oatmeal instead. A 6 inch sub is over 300 calories and is not a good choice when you could have a sandwhich and fruit for less. Your dinner sounds fine just work on breakfast and lunch. Yea that is very healthy just make sure you are not starving yourself and that your cals do not go below 1600. Find a good plan you can honestly stick to. The protein looks good but between breakfast and dinner there aren't any. And that helps your cravings and overeating. Plus water is ESSENTIAL drink plenty. Good luck
