What you think?Do you think this is a Good diet change? how many calories do you think this is?
Where's your protein? You need more then just a tomato for dinner.

Breakfast is looks ok. Lunch looks fine.

I would say you need a better snack then just chocolate once a week. You should eat a small snack (look at the 100 calorie snack packs at the grocery store) for in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.

Your total intake is not enough calories. It's hard to say what you should be eating because we don't know your frame, weight, height, ect. But I can tell you what you have here is not enough. Your dinner needs to be a bit larger.

Your workout should be fine.

Remember, its healthy to lose a pound a week. If you are trying to lose more then that quicker make sure you check with a doctor for approval on a schedule to follow. You don't want to hurt yourself.

EDIT***

Ok, people are saying you need 2000 calories a day to survive and they are wrong. You need to figure your basal metabolic rate. One way (although not completely accurate but close) is to multiply your weight by 10. So if you weigh 160 you should consume no more then 1600 calories a day to maintain your current weight. If you want to lose a pound a week you need to reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day (3500 calories = 1 pound). So consuming 1100 calories a day at a weight of 160 pounds and light exercise is a good way to do it. Never reduce your food intake to less then 1000 calories a day. With your exersize routine you have suggested you may only need to reduce your calories by 250 or so considering you should be able to burn the rest off by this exersize routine.

The other way is to increase your workout but you will need to increase your calories as well. You need to have energy to burn calories.

Losing weight should be a long term healthy goal. You cant lose 10 pounds overnight so pace yourself. If you want to lose 20 pounds you should set a goal of 4 or 5 months to do so.
I think its a great schedule but one thing concerns me that some nights you only eat a tomato. Going to bed hungry is not a good idea due to the fact you fast all night and when you wake your body is already in starvation mode. I suggest eat your biggest meal at night and cut down on the calories at lunch if you want to lower your calorie intake. If you don't want to lower it then keep on eating what your eating for lunch it looks healthy, if you Fill your lunch with plenty of fiber riched foods mixed with protein you wont overeat at dinner. Fiber and protein mixed together is the magic chemicals to stop overeating.( I used to have anorexia nervousa) So i know tricks to make you full all day. Anything between an apple with a lean piece of meat or a Peanut butter with bananas. If you want to loose weigh make sure your burning more than you eat. Protein would be good for breakfast too.Do you think this is a Good diet change? how many calories do you think this is?
that's not nearly enough food. You need to eat 2,000 calories a day to survive - especially if you want to add exercise to the mix because exercise will burn off calories. I think the breakfast and lunch sound ok but you need more for dinner.
you need atleast 2,000 calories a day. you are barely having 500

get nutritional help. you will die
