How many calories did i eat?

breakfast-scrambled eggs one egg and tea

lunch-eight reduced fat wheat thin crackers mini with a small piece of cheese on each one and two sugar cookies that were homemade

dinner-6' roast beef subway sandwich with whole grain bread

did I eat to much and how many calories?How many calories did i eat?
Lunch

if you only ate one egg you have about 71 calories

egg yolks contain fat that you don't necessarily need and only 1 egg is not really much protein eat about 4-5 egg whites ant it is about the same about of calories less the fat and triple the protein.

tea is nearly as good as water as long as you don't add sugar (equal has no calories and sweetens just as well)

Breakfast is lacking need more protein in some way add a glass of skim milk 9g protein 90 cals



Lunch

Wheat thins are yummo but while the fat is reduced the carbs can't be they are semi fiberous but it is a procesed food you would be better with Celery and cheese or natural unprocessed peanut butter. Wheatthins about 80cals Cheese if you used the full 1oz of cheese would be about 130cals sugar cookies got you because you are eating pure butter sugar Carbs in the mid of the day when/if you are going to eat processed carbs let it be in the morning so you have more of a chance of working them out.depending on the size of the cookies they could be anywhere from 80-130cals think about getting a really yummy Protein powder and find sneaky places to sneak protein in maybe good in cookies IDK.. anyway again not enough food for lunch either and remember just becuase you don't eat much doesn't necessaritly mean you are being healthy. Eat smaller meals more often and you will stay full thorughtout the day and you will rev your metabolism.



Dinner

Whole grain bread Good job again processed carbs at night ::wagging finger:: but the cal count is 260 not bad



You should eat more food your body would treat you better it's its fuel it needs it to function you can find things that are tasty and filling without the fat and excess carbs (don't forget excess salt) and make sure to get your water in.

no.. thats roughly about 1,210 calories...even though you werent to descriptive thats pretty much what your calorie intake is..if your trying to loose weight and get hungry tongiht..try eating a non fat, yogurt, or a fruit.How many calories did i eat?

and no you are not eating too much, if anything you are under eating. that is not a quality lunch and eat another egg or 2 for breakfast.
It depends on how much oil or butter you used for the eggs, whether there's sugar and/or milk in the tea, what kind of cheese.

Use nutrition info on food packaging and look stuff up on nutritiondata.com and you'll find how many calories each food contains.

As for the home-made cookies, usually when I bake I look up the calories in each ingredient, add them up and then divide by the number of cookies. That way I know approximately how much is in each one.

It sounds very healthy and not a lot at all.
sounds like around 1,000 calories roughly. you are undereating and on TOP of that, you're eating all the wrong foods anyway.



crackers and cookies are NOT lunch. you should only eat at maximum one- two snacks a day. really really unhealthy and not nutritious at all! you can eat snacks but don't eat them instead of real food!



one egg is not breakfast. you should eat more earlier on in the day to stimulate your metabolism for the rest of the day.



you have no fruits in this diet and like no vegetables. try to have a healthy amount of every food group daily, you should know this!
