How Many Calories Is This

Hey, I'm 15, male, I weight 115 pounds, and I'm 5'6. This is my bodybuilding eating plan:

Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal, 2 slices of orange, and 2 boiled eggs (no yolk) with some salt.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich on oatbran bread with mustard

Pre-Workout snack: Baked potato

Post-Workout Snack: Sandwich with wheat bread, various vegetables, some ketchup, and 2 avocado slices.

Dinner: Grilled chicken and some vegetables, with brown rice, or Subway, consisting of wheat bread, vegetables, and grilled chicken.

Final Meal: Danon Light and Fit Yogurt, and a large bowl of fruit.

In addition to this, I have a multivitamin everyday, and 2 servings of Whey protein, consisting of 30-35 grams of protein each. I also have 8 cups of water, and 3 cups of skim milk everyday.

I'm trying to eat a surplus of calories since I am bodybuilding, I was wondering how many I am getting based on the above, approximately of course since you can't know without seeing the nutrition facts. I'm aiming for 2,800-3,000 calories, if I'm not getting that many can anyone recommend some foods to achieve that many calories please? How Many Calories Is This
um well oatmeal should be plain oats if u have one serving that's like 150cals and the eggs and orange that breakfast is too small...breakfast is a big meal u just fasted u need like 400cals minimum i aim for 500 and 40g protein minimum with 4 egg whites 12oz milk and 1/2 whole grain bagel with natural peanut butter

um lunch okay but relli u need more as a total for the day id estimate u eat 2000cals(estimating high) plus ur protein supplements idk what that is exactly so do what i said for breakfast and maybe add another glass of milk plus post workout add a 3oz chicken breast or something get protein in but it looks good ur on the right path

GOOD LUCKHow Many Calories Is This
okay you need to eat a lot more, i mean, 115lbs for a 15 yr old? try to lay off that baked potato too and try to get a complex carb instead, like fruit. it would prob be best to have fruits in the morning/afternoon. try not to get fruit that has too much sugar (i.e. melons, grapes, apples are good, bananas are excellent.)
