what if i were to eat some kind of healthy cereal every day for breakfast
A Subway sandwich for lunch each day
and something different for dinner each day...
and fruit throughout the day
would that be a balanced diet...
someone told me that i would be lacking some nutrition cuz i am eating the same thing every day... but then again i am eating all differnt things for lunch breakfast and dinner...
i am not trying to lose weight, i am just trying to make sure i dont gain any...
so would this be fine?Would this be a balanced diet? ?
it actually depends on what you exactly eat as it depends on how many calories you are consuming %26amp; it does not make a difference whether you eat the same thing everyday or different.
