Is this a decent weight loss plan for me to go by?

For breakfast and lunch I'm going to eat a food long assorted sub from subway...

For dinner, I'm going to have noodles with vegetables... and it's a different vegetable and a different noodle each day...Is this a decent weight loss plan for me to go by?
No.

Too much bread, and depending on what kind of toppings you get, Subway isn't healthy.

Instead, try eating a lot of protein and whole-grain fiber first thing in the morning. Oatmeal, eggs, ham or a couple slices of bacon (try baking it on a broiling pan if you have time), peanut butter (yes, peanut butter; in moderation it's very healthy!), and fruit are all good to have for breakfast.

Between breakfast and lunch, have a small snack. A handful of popcorn, 10-15 almonds, or some fruit and cheese are all good snacks.

Then for lunch, try having soup. Vegetable soup is good and healthy. Try making a minestrone soup, for example.

Between lunch and dinner, have another small snack. Maybe some whole-grain tortilla chips with hummus, or some fruit and cheese, or almonds, or popcorn would be good.

Finally, for dinner, try having grilled meat of some kind. Fish is high in protein, and low in fat. Chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs are also good, as is sirloin. Have a high fiber low-carb side with it, like potatoes or whole-grain rice, and some veggies and salad.

Above all, drink lots of water, exercise at least 30-45 minutes a day, and steer clear of sweetened drinks.

I've lost about 25 pounds so far sticking to this kind of diet.Is this a decent weight loss plan for me to go by?
That sucks. :( Thanks for the pick tho.
