Does the "Subway Diet" work?

I'm planning on excercising basically every day, and going to eat subway for all my meals. Subway is within walking distance from my house so that's even better. I'm wondering if anyone has tried the subway diet and if it has worked for anyone. If it did, what did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?Does the "Subway Diet" work?
Ask Tony Stewart... lol... seriously though, you don't need to eat Subway for every meal. You can make healthy sandwiches on your own for less money. It's just sandwiches.
HeLLLLL NOooooo, unless you get a half inch without any additional food. I literally lived off subway sandwich in freshman year at college cus i was nice and poor (snorts), and guess what? I gained weight just by eating them twice a day with no sauce or ham in them. Not that I was visibly bigger, but I knew every time in shower. Maybe it was the lack of exercise but seriously, salad is the ultimate solution for your weight loss, nothing else. XS Does the "Subway Diet" work?
You will get very sick of eating subway. And it really isn't that great for you. Make you're own sandwiches instead, probably cheaper, too. I was on a road trip with my family and the only decent fast food available was subway, so we ate that like once a day. Two years from then, I can't even think of eating any more subway.
lol i believe so and i eat subway a lot, but i havent lost weight. i cheat though and eat their cookies. :) lol, just dont do that and im sure youll lose weight. use whole grain bread and lots of veggies to fill you up, stay away from too much cheese in the sandwich. :)
Yes it does work. Just mix it up a little. Just order from their low carb menu and you should be good to go! But also add some other food in from home like fruit or orange juice or something!
the only diet that works is cuttin back on calories. multiply your weight by 11 and subtract it by 500 and include some exercise you will see great results
im sure it will help u lose weight but try to switch it up and make things on ur own to eat as well because wubway can get very pricey if ur eating it three times a day
yes get a pizza sub with provolone cheese on herbs and cheese bread with jalepeons and a oatmeal raisan cookie.

Honestly, i dont think it works.. a friend of my dad's tried that before and well he ended up gaining more weight..
