im so tired of my weight some times i give up on trying to lose it but i know thats not the answer so i tryed a different way of living this week. Like the other day i just ate 3 times a day. i had fried potatoes for breakfast and spaghetti for lunch .chicken green beans for supper. today i had leftover spaghetti for breakfast and subway for lunch and beef stu for supper? i feel like im losing weight but i dont see it i need to lose weight for before high school but its just not working. i walk around town all day with my friends and i go to zumba now today actually was my first day. what should i do help please! i want to get from 246 to 146Did i do good on my diet so far! help?
Hi. :) well the first thing you have to do to stay fit is stay away from ANYTHING fried. bad bad bad. Pastas are generally ok only IF you make sure you workout enough to burn them off. Basically the only meal I approve of so far is the chicken and green beans. Try eating a small piece of boiled chicken with a salad for lunch, the Special K cereals and snack bars are good too, dinner can be grilled fish or chicken with steamed veggies. Drink lots of water! try to drink at least 4 water bottles a day. :) also try the 100 calorie packs of Chips Ahoy cookies they are amazing and are easily burned off.
